Start by searching for your business in the 'Business Name' field. Once found, add your customer emails and select a template. Click 'Send Review Requests Now' to start your campaign.

Do I need to verify my business on Google?

Yes, your business should be listed on Google Maps for the best results. This ensures customers can easily find and leave reviews for your business.

How many emails can I send?

Free users can send 1 email per day. Pro users can send up to 20 emails per day, with 10 sent at once. Lifetime users have the same limits as Pro users.

Business Setup

What if my business isn't found in the search?

Try using the exact business name as it appears on Google Maps. You can also manually paste your Google review link in the 'Custom Review Link' field.

Can I use this for multiple business locations?

Yes! Each business location needs to be set up separately. Search for each location individually to get the correct review link.

How do I get my Google review link?

Our platform automatically generates the correct Google review link when you search for your business. You can also find it by going to your business on Google Maps and clicking 'Write a review'.

Can I customize the email templates?

Yes! Click the 'Edit' button in the email preview section to customize both the subject line and email content. Make sure to keep the placeholders like [Customer Name] and [Review Link].

How do I import customer emails from CSV?

Use the CSV Import feature to upload a file with your customer data. The file should have columns for name and email address. Our system will automatically detect the correct columns.

What happens if an email bounces?

Bounced emails are automatically tracked and reported in your analytics. We'll show you which emails failed to deliver so you can update your customer list.

How do I track my review campaign performance?

Visit your Analytics Dashboard to see detailed metrics including email opens, clicks, and review completion rates. This helps you optimize your campaigns.

Yes! Our tracking system shows you email open rates and click-through rates for each campaign, helping you understand customer engagement.

How long is tracking data stored?

We store your campaign data for 12 months, giving you plenty of time to analyze trends and improve your review collection strategy.

What's the difference between Pro and Lifetime plans?

Pro plan is $8.99/month with 20 emails per day. Lifetime plan is $39 one-time payment with the same features as Pro, but you never pay monthly fees again.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscribers. Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 7 days.

Technical Issues

Why can't I find my business in the search?

Make sure your business is listed on Google Maps with the exact name. Try including your city or area if there are multiple locations with similar names.

My emails aren't being sent. What should I do?
